How I eliminate moisture from building up on my windows

I woke up this morning to moisture on one of my windows.  I thought that I had adjusted all of my windows so that this wouldn't happen, but I must have missed one.

In case it helps you here are the steps that I do to avoid moisture from building up on my windows.  At the time of writing this post I lived a Renaissance II, my condo was on the north-west corner and this is what works for me..
