He also replaced my furnace filter, and that has eliminated my "daily dance" with my swiffer.. Kim fixed my noisy fireplace and fixed the guides in bedroom closet. Kim is competent, resourceful and very accomodating. I can't wait for my appointment next week when Kim comes to clean my balcony glass and windows...it will bring in the sun and bring on the spring. I have lived in many apartments and always had difficulty finding accessible and good service for those jobs around the house. "Hi Neighbours, Just a note to say we really like the condo Butler furnace filters , we have a cat and they really pick up dust and hair. People say I am a clean freak so I really like these heavier dust collectors. I am not the only one who has a black dusty stove in the morning, the better filters reduce the dust on the stove.
