How do you know if your air handling unit filter should be changed?

If you are new to the building and are not sure if your air handling unit filter was changed before you moved in have a look, its definitely worth checking.

If you have been living here a while and you’re not sure of the last time it was changed, now is a good time to check. 

Here are some examples of what filters can look like if they have gone beyond the time they should be changed.
